Located on one of the most desirable blocks in the city and just steps away from Rittenhouse Square, this home is one-of-a-kind
Working in tight quarters and narrow passageways, the dRemodeling team had to take care to compose the layout to make the most out of the small space.
Natural marble mosaic floor tile with black accents compliments the narrow space and extends into the naturally lit pantry. A detailed door style from DuraSupreme cabinetry line adds depth to the brilliantly white cabinetry, complimented by a rich saturated carmine red from C2 Paint, a favorite of the homeowners, on the walls. Stainless steel appliances are set into a gorgeous slab of Silver Cloud granite and compliment the silver accents in the space. The team installed track lighting to get the most out of the overhead ceiling space by removing the recessed lights and moving the ceiling tight to the floor joists.
The end result is a stunning urban kitchen that exudes elegance and personality, all within it’s small footprint.
